Policy

1. Smoking is not permitted inside District vehicles, buildings, or facilities.
2. Smoking is prohibited while performing work for the District.
3. Visitors/contractors may smoke outside while on District property; however, smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of all entrances, operable windows, passageways, and ventilation systems of District buildings.
4.  All employees shall be tobacco-free.
5.  All employees shall comply with this restriction whether on or off duty.
